Dimensions of the Baltic Sea

The effort was to create something unprecedented, abstract, and completely unpredictable, just like the sea. Actually this whole project was about unpredictability. The waves in Finland are rare and hard to predict, it´s not a normal sport in the north. Waves might be there for 2 hours or 10 hours, you never know. So it made sense that the photo exhibition itself is also realized in a way that deviates from the norm. We also wanted to create an opportunity for ourselves to create something different. Bringing new nuances and narratives into our workflow. Creating a space for creativity. Slowing down. No pressure to deliver. Just a feeling.
